"I read the reviews for Chris Kapps Soffit and Screen on Angies list and decided to call for an estimate. Chris arrived at my house in a timely manner the same day for the estimate. We agreed on a price and he returned two days later to replace the patio enclosure screens. He and his assistant spent a few hours performing the work. They did an excellent job replacing the screens. They cleaned up and took all the old screens with them as well. I will definately use them in the future. <br />"

"Great service and product! Bruce arrived when promised to measure Windows and gave a fair price to install screens on 2 unusual shaped, east facing bedroom windows. Within 3 weeks the screens were installed. It's too early to tell how it will effect electric bill but I can say both rooms are no longer so hot in the morning and the filtered sunlight looks beautiful! I love the look from the outside too!"

"PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home."
