"We had 3 estimates for our 65 foot concrete driveway. Fernando was very personable and gave us the cheapest rate by far. He was quick to comply with all of our special requests. Their company was able to begin the work within days, instead of weeks like the other companies, which was important because of the cold and rainy weather about to set in. They did a quality job with the curves and were flexible enough to add an attractive attached sidewalk at the last minute. They went above and beyond by staying hours in the cold after completing the work to keep the coons off the wet pavement. I would advise being on site while the crew frames the driveway and sidewalk if it is a complicated shape like ours. There was initially not enough communication between Fernando and the work crew concerning the layout, but a quick phone call to Fernando solved everything with no delays. Cleanup was outstanding. They added dirt along the new drive so there were no drop-offs. They leveled and seeded areas where grass was disturbed. Would definitely hire this very professional company for any new job."

"Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"
