"Ted McFadden of Sureshine did an excellent job on my countertop. I chipped the edge of the countertop and was certain it was not fixable. Ted completed the work Saturday. He arrived on time, brought the proper equipment, fixed the chip and repaired the grout behind the countertop. He also found a small crack in the corner of the granite and repaired that as well. The job was not inexpensive, however I paid a very high price for the countertop and it needed a real craftsman for the job. I would hire this company again for any stone or granite work. "David Quintanilla was punctual, accommodating and provided a great education in granite/tile restoration. He is very knowledgeable because he does the work himself with his team that is family run. They restored our kitchen and bathroom countertops so they look like new. Amazingly, they also were able to remove all the mineral deposits and soap scum from the shower tile. His estimate was far below the other estimates we got so we were skeptical at first. But he is the real deal and did a beautiful job!"

"Fantastic. Everything (granite & marble) looks brand new. These guys know what they are doing and they do it very, very well. We have a home in Hancock park with granite kitchen countertops, polished white & black granite tile in one bathroom, and tumbled marble (one bathroom is white tumbled marble - the other cream) in the other two... and a Batchelder tile fireplace. From stains, to dirt that had migrated under the edges into the tile edges of the white tumbled marble, cracked grout, cracked tile, and so much more, it was all done in two days and done to perfection. They cleaned up beautifully each day too, taking care at the beginning of each day to lay tarps down from the front door in over our hard wood floors. It’s hard to find guys like this. We’ve been through loads of construction over the last 20 years, from initial total remodel (from replacing all plumbing, electric, gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing wood floors, new roof and going all-solar) to adding a master addition, so I’ve seen it all. JJ Marble Restoration is one in a million."

"The original bullnose to my granite countertop broke off and fell into pieces.  I contacted Marble and Stonelife, they came out and were able to piece together and repair the counter.  They identified a defect from the original contractor and made the repair.   They also repaired and sealed the stone ground surfaces.  Everything looked great; better than the original.  The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again...."

With the unique Fusion pattern selected, David suggested that we go beyond the standard backsplash and carry it up to the wall to the bottom of the cabinets. It created a dramatic look and we are very pleased. After finishing the kitchen, we was decided that we use the remaining quartz to replace the countertops in two bathrooms. To complete off our kitchen and bathroom renovation, we purchased granite to redo our master bathroom. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied."
