I believe I would have given 5 out of 5 stars if they had done a better clean-up after the project was completed. I would recommend that you include the type of clean up in the contract, as it is almost just as important than the work itself, and have it done BEFORE you provide the final payment. Here is what I did like: The owner contacted me each and EVERY time I called him within a reasonable amount of time. The owner's crew showed up on time and worked continuously, taking only minimal breaks. The exterior paintwork was done with extreme care and professionalism. There was confusion with getting the correct paint color as the paint I received was actually lighter, and the owner worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner."
