"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! "Steve Ault clearly explained the reason for our gurgling sinks and incomplete flushing of a toilet and then fixed them by clearing the sewer line. He cleaned up the area perfectly. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. Steve seems very knowledgeable and competent and we plan to call him in the future for our plumbing problems. Without our asking, he gave us a senior discount and waived the dispatch fee."

He was really helpful in explaining how this particular type of drain works and how rock and sediment got into the drain. "The work was completed but not without challenges. The project was to replace the shut-off valves under the vanity. The water was shut from the main shutoff valve. While the work was being done in the bathroom upstairs, I noticed water leaking from my Living room ceiling below. The bathroom had water all over the floor. I was informed that when the main shut-off valve was reopened, the water pressure turned the under sink shut-off valve from the off position to the on position (the facet line was not hooked up yet). It took a lot of rags to clean up the spill. The company gave me a small credit on the bill for the inconvenience."
