"Barbara was excellent. She found the leak and made the repairs and so far so good. Barbara explained our options clearly and she stuck with the job until it was done to both our satisfaction and she didn’t leave a mess. The leak from the toilet is gone and our new faucet is working perfectly. My daughter thought it was great that the lady plumber fixed everything. We would definitely use her services again. Thanks for your patience and your work Barbara."

"Replaced hot water tank with tankless gas fired system. Easy to work with, answered all questions and did a good job in 1 day. Hot water back in a few hours of their arrival. Thanks to Paul and Syed."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Tarique was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and gave suggestions to avoid the issue from happening again. Tarique also checked in a few days later. This company is now my go to go piping and plumbing needs."

"Did great work to replace a water heater. Saw the job through all in one day, a Sunday, despite obstacles that came up, and checked that all was working well after installation. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

"FM plumbing is the best and most reliable, Mr. Felix install a brand new boiler and a brand new water heater at a comfortable price, I was having some difficulties with my gas meter and Mr. Felix guide me thru the process and solve the issue I highly recommend him if anyone needs plumbing work."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"HSM Piping & Heating Inc was the best. They did boiler repair for us."

"wonderful experience, repairman was terrific, and it was very reasonable price. for repair. would definitely call them again."

"I hired the SP and bought a heater/air conditioner and I paid him $500 deposit. He wired the garage after I paid him $650. He has not delivered the heater/ac unit. He did not wire the 240 volt line into garage. The track lighting and one outlet do not work. He stated he would come back on 2 different times and never did. He will not return calls or texts. He never put the cover on the outside outlet either."
