"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "I would hire again and DO recommend. Nick and his team replaced a roof and did several repairs inside and outside my house. The extensive structural repair work they under the house resulted in a “no previous damage” report for the termite bond. Amazing! There was one instance of less than stellar craftsmanship; however, before it could be pointed out, Nick identified it with his own inspection and was already repairing. I had a nightmare closing for a house with new required repairs popping up every few days and Nick went above and beyond to make the repairs in a very timely fashion and a very fair price and always with excellent quality.
