"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. From their react, we see a warm heart. No job is big or small, all jobs are equally important. Understanding the difficulties of others, for the people, been appreciated by the people. Thank you again for your high quality service. We definitively recommend MMP Construction Inc. to anyone for any related home project."

"Bob is the best contractor I have ever worked with. This was the second time my wife and I used Bob for a remodel project (he did a bathroom for us a couple years ago). Bob is an excellent project manager, and offers helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project. He worked very closely with us to stay on budget and still get an amazing kitchen. We had gotten an initial quote from a kitchen design specialist that was super expensive and Bob was able to give us a better design for a much better price that was more in line with what we were comfortable spending. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house when the work was complete, but even better because it was still the house we had so many memories in. And to top that, the remodel was done almost two weeks early. I would recommend Bob and his team for any remodel project."

"Monique extremely professional and communicative every step of the process. She manages the communication, scheduling and accounting for the company; every aspect she exceeded expectations and was very fair on price and timing. Eduardo, who either did most of the work or managed it, was a pleasure to work with and is very talented and knowledgeable on all aspects of home renovation and repair. Eduardo has a strong work ethic is honest and takes pride in his work. As a real estate investor, I have worked with many handyman/painters Stella Painting is definitely an A+. You wont be disappointed."

"Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. They brought in their contractors for HVAC and electrical ( pricey there ) but that helped us a lot! Highly recommended.. Thanks again Paul"

"John was excellent and I highly recommend him. He rebuilt our breezeway and installed a beautiful wood ceiling in our family room. In particular, John: - was immediately responsive to our request for a quote; -provided the quote when he said he would; - followed up and answered questions we had; - provided an additional quote based on changes we made; - started the project when he said he would; - showed up every day; - minimized any inconvenience to us while working; - worked neatly and cleaned up every day; - completed the project on time and on budget! Working with John was a very pleasant experience. He is friendly, courteous, professional and an excellent communicator. His mantra is to make the customer happy. He checked with us at each stage of the project to be sure we were pleased. He is very detailed oriented and his work product is top notch. We would, and plan to, use John for future projects."

"Pretty well. Any missed spots were promptly addressed with complete professionalism. In a year with major renovations, performed my multiple contractors, this experience was the high point."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable, was a breeze for our first-time home renovation project!"

"I had Jesse and crew at my house for 2 separate projects and I couldn't be happier. The first project was a small deck. Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects."

"Tim and his team were fantastic. We planned for a significant renovation including several structural elements, carpentry, electrical, and siding and Horsman Builders delivered. Tim was a reliable communicator and addressed our questions in a timely manner. We replaced an entire roof, added walls, doorways, re-did a deck and covered porch, replaced doors, replaced siding, and added new outlets- to name a few. We felt like we could really trust Tim and plan to work with him again in the future."
