"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. "Einstein Plumbing was great, professional, punctual, & hardworking.  They took care of all the permits and misc. paperwork.  The only downside was that they subcontracted with Felix Septic who (we found out after the fact) had a clause in their contract with Einstein that they were not accountable for any collateral damages.  Basically when Felix brought in their heavy machinery they crushed our paved driveway and refused to fix it.  Luckily for us, Einstein discounted our bill by how much it would cost to fix the driveway (about $1000) and they also repaired 3 damaged cement walkways.  The only reason I gave them a "Fair" rating on Punctuality is because it took them a few months to get back to our place to fix the walkways."
