"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"This was the first and only quote I got for Painting. I was very pleased with the process the first day I met with them. They worked with me trying to schedule appointment due to this being a second home and traveling from out of state. We had to cancel original date because of a storm, but they were able to come out the next week which was great as I had already taken time off from work to get this project done The painting looks amazing!!!! The room looks like a whole different room. Few places needed to be plastered and they did a dynamite job. I wish I had more painting to do because I would hire them in a heartbeat. "I has an awesome experience with using Sir Grout. The franchise owner Chris was awesome to work with. Chris was on-time, super professional, great communicator via email and a very nice person. I had cleaning done to 2 different bathrooms in my house. Had the floor tile grout cleaned and sealed. Also had the shower tile grout cleaned and tile sealed. Last but not least, they used color matched caulking around both bathtubs. The installer whom performed all of the work (I think his name was Brian) was also awesome to work with.
