"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"I Hired Bertie to replace a water damaged wall. He was very responsive. The job went very well. Bertie is knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He also did some unplanned masonry work that needed to be done and did a great job on all. His cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again."

"Replaced 5 shades and put up blinds. Also installed a ceiling fan where I had a light fixture. Professional and clean 10/10"

"Despite prior agreement they installed condenser hanging off side of my front house wall, they were sullen when I inspected and told them it was unacceptable, they reluctantly provided ground/pad mount at side of house as agreed, but one day job turned into two days. One fellow acted as if he truly hated and despised me...wouldn't look at me and kicked at one of my dogs."

"The installation and the product were good, but it was difficult to schedule a meeting. It took a long time to finally get them to come and perform the service.
