"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. Thanks again, Will"

"Thought i was going to need new screen door. When Sam came to look at the job he said he could repair the door with a new handle and plate. That saved me money. I also needed part of the frame and door jam replaced. He fixed it all. He was on time, polite, cleaned up when he was done. It looks great. Asked him to give a quote on other things we need done."

"Handled the plumbing as well as the ceiling repair. Very friendly. Surprisingly good price. Quick work and great clean-up. You'll keep his card handy for another project."

"Dandy Handy also known as Kevin did an excellent job for me. He was on time, courteous, and confident. He came to my home, assess the problem and went and found the proper material to fix my storm door weather stripping. His pricing Was fair. Strongly recommend him for any handyman jobs."

"Prompt, reliable, and professional service. Good communication with Steve via email and Dennis on site before, during, and after the project was completed. Fair price for the job and good workmanship. I have already recommended them to others. I had them replace the railing, treads, and bottom platform of an outdoor staircase leading up to a second story deck."

"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. I would recommend this company to all who are looking for quality work by a friendly team at a reasonable price."

"Great upfront communications.   Arrived on time with a two man crew and two pressure washers.   Very professional.   Job was done quicker than expected.   The house looked like new when complete.  I would definitely use this company again.   I highly recommend them.

"Howard and his crew did a great job removing decades-old wallpaper from our foyer, stairway, upstairs hallway and master bedroom. They then repaired the drywall, skim-coated everything, and primed and painted the walls. They also primed and painted (with three coats) all the upstairs bedroom doors and closet doors and trim, which had been previously stained and varnished with a very dark finish. And they did it all in two days. They were fast, professional, and neat."

"Mark Salazar (Owner) arrived as scheduled and repaired the trim siding. I have used Mark on three other occasions.
The first time he put new siding on my house and completed the work in the estimated time.  He gave me a list of houses to look at that he previously put siding onHis workers picked up each day and placed everything in the dumpster he provided.  (Very clean). Cost was about $12K
The second time I used him was for roof repair. Previously we used Wizard Construction and our roof leaked because it was installed incorrectly.  At the time I did not know that RCS did roofs.  I called Mark in and he came over and agreed that the job was done improperly. Wizard Construction has since gone out of business.  He and his crew repaired the roof, again very clean work. Cost was about $4K, but that included removing the plywood underlayment as well
The third time was I wanted to add vinyl embellishments to the front of the house and to add new vinyl shutters and power washing. The total cost was about $1500.
I also recommended him to my next door neighbor and installed Hardyplank? siding."

"I needed some tiles reset and new caulking along the bottom of my shower. Luis was very responsive and communicated with me right away--I felt like my job was important to him. The work was done quickly, the shower floor looks like new and the workmanship is very neat and clean--I appreciate the attention to detail. I will definitely use LAV Contracting for future projects!"
