We found Frank's proposal to be quite fair as compared to that of other contractors with whom we had consulted. "It looked like new after they weaved in the pieces of wood, and then they sanded it down to a blonde color, and stained it a light walnut... We went with the satin finish because I think floors look terrible with high glass, and it looks absolutely brand new... The guys were amazing to work with.... He also did not farm the work out to subcontractors, which is important to me.
