The problems began when I attempted to schedule the fence replacement. I contacted my representative, Christian, who provided a date and time for the work. That appointment came and went with no arrival and no communication. I called the office and was advised to reach out to Christian directly, which I did. At that time, I also requested a quote for a privacy fence. Christian apologized for the missed appointment and scheduled a second date for both the replacement and the quote.
