Within an hour I got a response from Vincent and we set up a time to meet a few days later! Vincent is not only friendly and kind but also very good at communicating which I think is very important. He showed up along with a worker and they finished my project within two days! They are so professional and they cleaned everything up nicely and left our place looking very neat! The price was also quite reasonable and we will definitely continue to work with them for maintenance and whatever else we need, would highly recommend! The counter tops were pretty damaged since we didn’t seal them to begin with years ago, that was a mistake on our part but I’m so happy that Vincent and his worker did such an awesome job in restoring and improving the appearance and luster of the marble tops! They’ve never looked better!"

He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. "Initially, things went great. They were responsive on the phone and had all the paperwork my building required to start the work. There was some initial discrepancy in the scope of work but I take some of the responsibility for that since I wasn't double checking the exact wording on their estimate which was different from what we discussed in person and over the phone. Also, I never saw the main contractor I initially spoke at my job site. He should've been there to monitor the work and check in with me to see if the work was looking close to what I asked for. I told them from the start what I wanted and even showed them pictures of exactly what I was going for, the results were far different. They seemed to cut corners and take no pride in the work they completed. The bathroom work they did was so bad I now have to completely redo it. There are huge gouges in the floor. Throughout the apartment, the stain essentially looks like a bad uneven paint job. They even got it all over the baseboards. They clearly did not polish the floors enough because its rough everywhere. I paid over $10k for floors that look ugly and now there is nothing to do but cover them up with area rugs. Also, some of my personal supplies were missing but they did compensate me for it. UPDATE: After discussing my dissatisfaction with the results, NYC Stone care did try and figure out a way to make up for it and I appreciate their handling of the matter."
