"This is the first ever review I have ever written. My encounter with Harris at HG plumbing and Heating solutions was so exceptional that I feel so compelled to share my experience. I have used many plumbers over the years to service my house but Harris stands out above all. I recently called him for a clogged kitchen sink that would not drain. He responded immediately and was able to fit me in within his busy schedule. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he corrected the issue. During the entire process, he explained clearly and thoroughly each problem and options on how to correct it. He used the most advanced techniques and updated tools to solve the problem. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible.
