"From the time I picked up the phone for a quote to the last phone call was THEIR follow up to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my gorgeous fence. Customer service was off the walls amazing, I have referred several friends and neighbors. The fence is perfect I never knew my backyard could look so beautiful!! I am a very picky person and will notice the smallest of imperfections, I am in the customer service business, any concern I had while the fence was being built (because of my picky ness) was reinsured after I started seeing the fence come together I sat back and relaxed because it was PERFECTION! "Installed fence while I was out of town. Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. I am pleased with the final product and as long as Aspen sticks to their word on the guarantee of their work I will continue to be a happy customer. I would recommend Aspen to anyone, but I would just say to make sure both parties are clear on what needs to be accomplished to avoid any issues.
