"Called the first plumber listed, he was to be out here at 11 am, didn't show up until 12 pm, no phone call. He worked on it for a short period of time, was very nice. He had a smaller machine that fit into small spaces and had the problem taken care of relatively quickly. He told us to call if we had any other problems, and the work was guaranteed. That night I noticed we were still leaking water so we called him back. Apparently the new plug he had put in our main line was leaking as it didn't fit the contours of our older pipes. He was to be back at our house at noon the next day. After several phone calls and messages he called at about 7 pm. He was in a small town working all day and didn't have phone reception. I was very annoyed but he was back out soon after and fixed the problem. Price was decent and aside from the lack of communication we are satisfied with the results."
