"They arrived on time. They offered assistance with moving the furniture out of their work area. The workers made sure to cover the floors and all the furniture before they began their work. The work was completed in two days as predicted. They forgot to include one of the entryways ceilings In the contract. I mentioned this to the worker and after a phone call to Ari they proceeded to do the work. Although I would have liked to see Ari at some point during the insulation process, I believe the work was done well. We will wait for this coming winter to give our final verdict.

"Joey Jacinto was prompt, courteous, and happy to share his extensive knowledge. With his infrared camera we could see where the major loss of heat was occurring. Much to our surprise, our walls turned out to be insulated and the attic insulation was adequate. Our main problem was the old wooden windows which we are planning to replace, and one or two small house extensions that needed ceiling installation. Joey made lots of wallet-friendly suggestions throughout his tour of the house that respected our old home's charm, and we could tell that he really knew housing thoroughly."

They were there every morning on time, responsive to questions via text or email, and kept us aware of their progress as well as what was to come next. The demolition itself knocked a few nails through the walls adjacent to the bathroom but Gene happily fixed it himself. Gene even responded to questions and followed up with us following the job completion to ensure we were pleased."
