"These guys did a FANTASTIC job!! They trimmed our shrubs and mulched all our beds. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL !! We will definitely be using them again next year!!!!"

"Julian and Kyle were very professional and neat, asked many questions and were very thorough showing me pictures especially regarding an area of concern that I had."

"Installed Christmas lights on outside tree. Very well done. Timely, efficient. Pricing reasonable"

"The day before new year’s eve, on a Friday afternoon I was able to get two plumbers install three new toilets and remove the old ones. They were very quick, clean and thorough. The toilets came with a 30 warranty which provides piece of mind! Would recommend to anyone."

"Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"Excellent! They were very personal and transparent. Told me what they were able to do and walked me through the why behind what they were doing. Gave me recommendations and suggestions for maintaining afterwards. Explained I can schedule with them again if I need help with the maintenance."

"They were great to work with, gave a nice discount for signing up for annual services and maintaining competitive. Only negative is that they left dirty foot prints on the front porch where we had to go back over and clean. Extremely likely it was an accident since everything was wet it was hard to notice."

"Awsome awsome awsome, gret people, great price, if I had more trees to come down, they'd be who I call."

Unfortunately, painting does not seem to be the strength of this company.  They provide general handyman service.  I must take responsibility for not inspecting the job very well prior to their departure.  Perhaps they would have corrected the deficiencies if I had pointed them out at the time.  The paint job was not particularly good upon closer inspection.  Poor coverage in many spots and they failed to tape or cut edges very well.  Both individuals were polite and courteous and were likely not aware that the job was substandard as the lighting was not excellent.  I did offer to bring in additional lighting but they declined.  I do not wish to damage their reputation in any way, but I would suggest that they be more careful in the future when painting a bathroom. I would also suggest that unlike me, that people closely inspect the completed work and give them the opportunity to remedy any issues.  I did not call them back to come re-paint because of the distance and cost for a business trying to establish itself.  I realize they made very little money on this job and I didn't wish to cause them additional cost.  (This was an Angie's List Big Deal)  That was MY choice.  I suspect they would have come back if requested.

"Eric Russell is a master at making the customer happy. From the very beginning of our bathroom remodeling Eric provided us with ideas and designs, which were in-line with our home dcor and tastes. Throughout the project Eric made sure we remained happy with his work by spending time to talk to us or emailing/phoning if we happened to miss each other. Eric was amenable to small changes throughout the project. Eric kept to his contract by staying within the monetary and time limitations which we had initially agreed to. We would definitely hire him again for other remodeling jobs. Overall we were extremely pleased with Eric and his work."
