"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. Thank you Heartland team for great service and professionalism."

"I’m so glad we hired Tuff Roof after a hailstorm to replace our roof. We have a large home that is only 7 years old with a very unique and a bit complicated roof design and they did an amazing job. Very clean tearing the old roof off and replacing. Special thanks to Earl the owner as he was very easy to deal with and on top of every detail throughout the whole process."

"We closed on our house and had a very short turnaround to move in as we were renting. The house needed a new roof and gutter system and we also wanted to explore getting solar. We reached out to Bulldog Roofing and met with Brian. He worked with us via phone and email to plan out our needs until we took possession. Not only did they work with us to finance our project they helped us design every aspect. Our second week here Brian and his team were out to put our roof up. They managed to do the whole roof in a day and did an amazing job with cleaning up as the Thunder Storms rolled in. Not only that, but they reinstalled and aligned our internet dish with no problems! We thought weâ d have about a weekâ s wait for the gutters and Brianâ s team surprised us and installed the same week right before the massive storms hit. Our house is safe and dry thanks to Brian and his team. Our solar project is under way. We couldnâ t be happier."

"Great experience contracting with R.D. Construction LLC for a replacement roof with 60 mil TPO Reinforced Membrane hot air welded together on a large mobile home and a new sidewalk. Skilled diligent workers, fast, coordinated and impressive attention to detail. Good cleanup. The owner, Ramon, was every bit a professional. Will refer this company and use again."

"Great company. Pricing was very fair with the work being exceptional. Showed up on time and were tireless in completing the project (concrete front entrance removal with a new, enhanced entry and adjacent porch (17’x7’)). Their concrete finish work was amazing. We couldn’t be more happy with the look and functionality of the entry/porch. Highly recommend."

"Kristyn and Sami are an incredible team! Kristyn is one of the smartest, hardest-working, and most dependable people I know. Her attention to detail and dedication make her someone I would absolutely want on my team in any business endeavor. Sami complements this perfectly with his work ethic and ability to get things done, no matter the situation. His expertise in roofing and project management ensures that everything is handled with professionalism and care. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any roofing needs and highly recommend their services to anyone in the Colorado Springs area."

"We hired him to install a new roof from hail damage. He also put up new gutters. He painted the hail damaged pergola and wooden fence. Very pleased with the quality. They cleaned up afterwards, too."

"Dave, the owner, talked me through the claims process and showed the adjuster the nature and scope of the damage and told them the specific storm that had caused the damage. Dave and his crew repaired unforeseen plywood damage underneath the old roof. Yard was very clean after they worked! Beyond all expectations of a roofer, Dave is top notch."

"Robert offered me a warranty above the manufacturers warranty (which only covers defective materials) All Phase Roofing warranties their labor and materials. They also gave me a written 10 year warranty that is transferrable to a new buyer should I decide to sell my home. He was awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!"

"The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review. Thanks so much for your professionalism!"
