From start to finish, they were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and did awesome work on our roof. "Roof work has been good so far. Drywall and bathroom work quality was very poor, with amateur level mistakes. Regular drywall was used above a fireplace, not fire rated drywall. When pointing out it was not up to code they tore it down and redid it correctly. The wrong bathtub was purchased and installed. It turned out the bathtub we wanted was a special order. Instead of stopping and asking us what we wanted to do, they bought and installed a completely different bathtub. The correct one was then ordered and eventually installed. Used galvanized steel on tub hardware install, leading to brown water on first operation, the plumber that fixed their work said the only way that was possible was if it was re-used from another job. Bathtub surround tile job was poorly done and did not match quality shown on Facebook, no spacers or edgers used. Not even a month later and grout is cracking and coming out. Overall a very poorly done, rushed job."
