"Work was excellent. Friendly installers, knowledgeable in their craft, made the project painless for us. I would highly recommend this company for any home maintenance needs! We had one of their competitors install some other windows, and they did a horrible job. I asked the Great Lakes installer to check out their competitors installation, and without hesitation he was up on a ladder looking at the windows. He found some deficient areas of caulking that he placed new caulking for, at no extra charge! Had he not looked at those windows, we could have had water coming in and possibly a mold problem. Again, all around great company and employees, from the initial salesman visit to the final clean up when the work was done. You will be impressed if you hire Great Lakes Home Renovations!!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
