"In our new house, there was a large (20ft by 25ft) bonus room that wasn't very useful. In early 2018, we wanted to convert it into a bedroom, a bathroom and a small study. We solicited quotes from three contractors, including Superior Building Concepts. When Stan arrived, he looked around, took some notes, asked a couple of questions, and left - the whole thing took 5-10min. We were wondering if he was really that interested in the project... but when the three quotes came in, his was in the middle, but was by far the most detailed, with everything broken up into line items. And, it was thought out better than the other two - in spite of him spending only 5-10min at the house. So, we signed up with Stan to get the work done. The work itself included framing for the new walls/doors, plumbing for the bathroom, installing tile, marble countertop, custom cabinetry, bathtub, new windows (for egress), insulation work, painting, new lighting etc. Multiple adjustments to the plan were made to accommodate our preferences - Stan was very flexible in changing the plan, gave us new adjusted quotes for everything. I've attached some pictures - two of them are of the original bonus room, and the rest are the bedroom/bathroom/study after the work was done. Overall, Stan's quiet competence, work ethic, honesty, flexibility and professionalism were incredible - this was the best contractor experience we've ever had. Since then, Stan has become our go-to general contractor for everything, and we've recommended him to family/friends ever since. (I'll write another review on the deck replacement Stan did.) We would recommend Stan for any contractor work without reservations."

"They did an excellent job. They were fast and professional. They installed all new doors throughout my house, raised the floor in my family room and office, installed new flooring, and painted both rooms. It looks wonderful. I will be so happy to use the rooms once everything is put back where I want it. We have more work we want done in the future and I will definitely be hiring these guys again."

"Hired them for 2 house exterior painting projects. Owner very involved and good work at reasonable price. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"Great team to work with, quality work, they go out of their way to please the customer. We were doing a living room and front deck expansion project and Paul and his team delivered a beautiful completed project and on budget. I have already recommended Triple D to two other friends for assisting them with their current projects."

"So far I have a good deal of respect for them... Most important he gets back in a timely manner."

"Reuben was the nicest guy I met with and will keep his number for future jobs. This company does everything small or whole home remodeling. I was impressed by his knowledge and spirit."

"We had Nikao do a facelift in our kitchen, adding a new pantry, expanding space for a larger range and adding a hood as well as a new backsplash. For our primary bathroom, they completely redid it, including fashioning new walk in closets, a huge walk in shower and free standing tub. Everything from A to Z was handled, done efficiently and on budget! They did such great work they also assisted us with some remodeling at my commercial building/office. Great, reliable and trustworthy business!"

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

"We recently hired DNR Remodeling LLC for a home remodeling project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They completely transformed our space with top-notch craftsmanship. They help create a new office space by transforming our high ceiling and connecting it to our loft, and installing LVP floor. In the past they have done exterior paint of our house. There are a few more indoor projects that they will be helping us with and we are really pleased by their craftsmanship. They were honest about costs, respectful of our budget, and completed the work to an incredibly high standard. We highly recommend them!"
