Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. I did not get to keep a copy of the design myself. I was given a quote for the remodel service.  This contractor does not do plumbing so that was not included. After getting the quote emailed to me, I had to have the contractor come out a 2nd time to go over the quote and clarify several items. He was punctual for both of his appointments with me and seemed like a nice guy.
