"A&S subcontracts nearly every step of the installation and takes no responsibility for their contractors. Decking contractors failed inspection and had to redo decking twice, mediated by customer, not A&S. Raypack heater never had connectivity to Jandy wireless system. A&S took no responsibility for issue and gave up, leaving customer with defective product. Never saw sales representative after breaking ground. Update: Could not edit previous review, so posting update: Had issues w/ heater and customer service was quick to respond and remedy. Provided name and direct line so I could contact in the future. Appreciate the attention to customer's needs."

Jim explained the entire process and told us about the company. <br /> We had two other companies come to give us an estimate.  We were impressed  with their professionalism and knowledge of the chemicals to be used. We scheduled Red Rhino to do the work. <br />   Rob and Andrew arrived on time. The work was done efficiently. "The work went very well.  We had a few rain delays, but that could not be helped.  Also we were coordinating other work with another contractor (see R and R Concrete) that sometimes caused delays. They showed up when expected, excavated one side of the house and dug holes on the other (walk out basement) for the piers.  When finished the yard was repaired as good as could be expected for St Louis summer. I have a little work to do on it now that it has cooled off. I had to have cracks repaired inside and concrete work done on the outside.  The people they recommended did wonderful work. <br />"
