Later when I went to use the machine, the water filled but drained right out.  I called Chris and he told me that unfortunately it was the timer and he would have great difficulty finding parts because the machine was so old. I needed a new machine, and I asked him, in his experience, which was the best brand to purchase.  I  purchased that brand and was very happy with it.

Al replied with a quote request promptly, came out same day, and had the oven working again within a half hour. He was professional and courteous, and wore a mask and gloves inside the house. He told me in terms I could relate to, "it's like the Marathon, don't crawl across the finish, finish strong".   He was a perfectionist and demanded the same from his workers. He was very attention detailed and pointed out things that I never would think of.   He was price was very fair, competitive and most importantly transparent. He broke down each individual job and payments were made when each job was done, not just quarterly lump sums. 
  I am completely satisfied with my new/old house and now have the space to entertain big gatherings or just hunker down in front of the fire.  The only problem I have is that my dog seems to miss the attention all the guys gave her and now looks for treats whenever I walk in the door!"

Julio arrived on time, replaced the outside faucet that was leaking.  And he did all this within the prescribed time-frame. No unwanted surprises or extra costs.
Faucet access was via the basement in a house greater than 120 years old - so nothing "neat & pristine" about access.  This was not a deterrent  to his speed & quality of work!  And he timed his work in-between rain showers - he's that good!  ;-)
