"Over the past few years we have given CQS at least half a dozen jobs relating to multiple trades including excavation, tree removal and relocations, acres of tree clearing, drainage, landscaping and masonry work. Ely is the man! Always shows up or his crews will when they say they will. Which I have had multiple issues with labor/contractors getting a deposits and soon after spotty communications. Ultimately resulting in calling a true professional such as CQS and El Hefe Edgar Ely. His day rates and estimates are inline and fair with todays labor market here in Austin, Tx."

"The project went according to planned. My goal to put the home on the market was achieved due to Beau's team being punctual and doing the work as it met my timeline & budget needs. Beau has an eye for making an old house looked updated as well as meeting codes. This project was not without some issues however Beau maintained a professional attitude with his subs and kept every detail on time. Lastly, he not only managed the project from the contractors side but also did all the administrative duties making the payment process easy to review, easy to process payment."

"Went great, came inside with a great attitude. Had all the necessary tools and even had a vacuum when the granite needed to be cut to prevent a mess. He cleaned as he kept working in between. The sink looks beautiful and he double checked for leaks and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend him any home jobs and I am definitely giving him another call with another project."

"FANTASTIC !!!!! Kevin was AWESOME ! He was fast, diligent, and professional. He knew exactly what to do and was very careful of my items. He arrived on time and got right to work, finishing the projects in half the time. The office staff was equally amazing! Courteous and very understanding when I needed to reschedule due to the flu. I really appreciated their cheerful attitude and flexibility in rescheduling my appointment. I will always call A-Plus Energy Mgmt. for all of my electrical and home solution needs."

"Did a fantastic job on my cabinets. Went above and beyond and not only did the repair, but reinforced for optimal conditions in the future. Definitely a must hire if you have any cabinet concerns. Additionally, pivoted mid job once identified that the builder used particle board instead of real wood. Would recommend them 100 times over!"

"I was so excited with the work Unique Remodeling did for me. I had been trying for nearly a year to get a remote controlled electric attic ladder installed. Most I talked to had no idea they existed. I company never even started it even after collecting my deposit. When Albert responded to an online inquiry, I was so impressed with his professionalism & enthusiasm, Albert kept me informed of every aspect of the install. He is highly skilled & knowledgeable. What he’s unfamiliar with, he thoroughly researches. High quality, reliable, aesthetically pleasing work. I also needed grab bars installed in both of bathrooms. I asked Albert if he could install. Again friendly, professional, quality, prompt workmanship. In all that he does, I witnessed a high level of attention to detail and efficiency in completing the jobs with minimal disruption. Albert did an admirable job cleaning everything up and removing all debris. I highly recommend Unique Remodeling & Floor Design!"

"The most challenging part about hiring a general contractor is finding someone who is honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Scott and his colleagues are all those. I had a thorny leaking roof top deck issue that I had wrestled with over the years, and had hired roof companies to try and fixed it. They came and did a quick “fix” in one day, charged me a lot of money and left. The deck continued to leak. Scott and his team took a different approach- they actually took time to find out where the leak originated, like detective work, including running hoses down different sections of my detect. Such painstaking work took more than one day of course, and eventually they identified the root cause and fixed it. I would trust Scott and his team to do other major renovations of my house, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations. They are professional, efficient, get the job done right, and they are very reasonable in their asking price. I recommend them without any reservations."
