"Mark with LOA came out and walked me through the process. It’s a complicated process, however Mark simplified it for me. He was here on time for appointments. LOA’s crews were here on time as well. I appreciate how they respected my property while they were here. They covered everything around my home with tarps to minimize debris in the yard. They did an amazing job on the roof and rolled my yard with powerful magnets at the end of the job to pick up any small metal and nails. They were in and out in one day. "Installation went great and the product is great, but price is something I will not pay again. I know the quality of the product and installation is very hhgh, but I do not think I will have other doors in house replaced soley because of cost. $5400 for one door with new frame is just too high. I also do not like the fact that if I install a storm door, my warranty is voided. And there is no metal in the frame that wuld allow for a magnetc screen to be used so the door can be opened in good weather."
