"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"This was the second time using South Shore Plumbing & Heating they installed a tankless water heater for me in March. 2020 and today Nick located and fixed a pin hole pipe leak under my house cement slab. From the time Nick started to make his first cut in my Sheetrock he used a level to make sure he was cutting a straight line ( thatâ s a professional who take pride in his work) when he drilled to open up my slab he made a small hole that was right where the pipe leak was. Cut out the bad pipe and installed new section of pipe no leaks and Nick re- cemented the hole closed and clean up all the debris.
