"We hired Altitude Builders to replace an existing deck that was old and rotting. After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. "They was supposed to do kitchen renovation and they did not come and do any wall preparation before the cabinet arrival and also I had asked them questioned and they did not answer my email. I had shown photos of the wall inquiring how they wanted to proceed and their project management was keep in touch with the project to schedule. It should have been done cabinet installation door cabinet for arrival because all the cabinet and they've taken up space. I am a senior citizen and I have limited funds of that project. I am more disappointed that the project did not go well on both ends that they decided to keep my $2100 deposit. I they refunded most of my money back in good faith that I wouldn't have been disappointing. "

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
