"I called the repair service. The lady was very professional and said the soonest she could get someone there to check it would be the next day. They did not show up so i called that evening and they had not been able to find me and i gave them directions. they called the next day after they visited the house and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and that they would have it done the next day. the next day they called to say it was complete. I got a call from their office and gave her my card info. The refrigerator is cooling again and the ice maker works again."
