The robotic service was evident in the worsening condition of the lawn. And while it could be dependent on things I did wrong in my upkeep, I'm aware of what length to mow the lawn and do have an automated sprinkler system to make sure it receives enough water. This is code for "we're restoring your services without your permission" as if they "saved" the account. The analysis revealed nothing despite the feedback, and there was no willingness to explain the findings, just that this step was completed. I finally had enough and canceled all services plus pushed to be removed from all sales lists. This is a joke of a company that has no desire to provide anyone with good lawn care services. This is a greedy, revenue first, sales staff over service team members focused organization. If I could give a negative rating, I would, but here we are."
