Brad came over and listened to what we wanted for the closet and the end-product exceeded our expectations. He also provided some excellent ideas on how we could increase our storage space beyond what we had originally envisioned. This included some new cabinets for the kitchen and more counter-space. The cabinets match our existing cabinets perfectly. We are very impressed with Brad’s skills. Part of installing the cabinets meant moving the wall about 12 inches and he also matched the textured paint on the wall perfectly. His team went “above and beyond” by changing out all the existing cabinet pulls and replacing them so that everything would match."

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

Our old banister was a mess, and Gary came to my house, gave me some great advice on how to proceed with the project, immediately turned around with a reasonable quote, and was able to start work the following week. Gary and his coworker, Dan, were both incredibly friendly and at the same time professional. They were careful to keep the job site neat and worked swiftly. Gary was considerate in asking for my opinion on the project at each phase of work, and at one point, when I asked for a change, he spent a great deal of time and effort reconfiguring the way the banister attached to the wall just to make it look right to my untrained eye. "Mike did a nice, timely job of painting interior ceilings and walls throughout both our first and second floors. It took him about one week to finish our job which included first floor kitchen, hallway, dining, and living room ceilings, first floor hallway, dining, and living room walls (9 feet and 14 feet tall), two-story entry way ceiling and walls, and second floor hallway ceiling and walls.  <br> <br>Mike stuck to his quote despite having to purchase more paint than originally thought. We were very pleased with the paint that he suggested and his overall quality of painting was good. He showed up when he said he would and was usually done for the day by 3:30 or 4 pm.  <br> <br>Though his quality of painting was good overall, he did leave paint splatter on various parts of our woodwork and missed a number of drywall screw repairs which are still protruding. He did not clean up after pulling up his drop clothes each day which means I had to sweep and vacuum the various dried paint chips and debris which come with oft-used paint drop clothes.  <br> <br>Overall we were pleased with Mike's work and would not hesitate to hire him again for future jobs."

"Right after the big snow storm, we ended up with a roof leak in our kitchen. We called several companies, but Jim was the only one who didn't try to put us off til after the holidays. He came out even though it was bad weather, assessed the situation and fixed it. He then came back 2 more times to make sure everything was ok.
