"Sean Foust of H&S Appliance Service showed up on time, was very pleasant, and listened closely to my explanation of the problem. Modern refrigerator doors have a latch at the top which "grab" a little post to lock in closed position. This latch was broken on the left-hand door. Sean carefully examined the door, installed the new latch that we had previously purchased, and then examined the other door as well to see if there were any problems. He recommended lubricating the inner door seal to make the doors close more easily, and we've done that. The door is fixed and works like new.
I would definitely use H&S Appliance Service again. Sean knew exactly what to do. My husband is pretty good a DIY and fix-it projects, but he didn't know how to do this job. We were glad to find a company that could fix this problem so straightforwardly with a person with a pleasant and helpful disposition.
