"Very well. The repair technician did a thorough and efficient job, and explained everything concerning the garage door motor and tracks clearly. He also found some damage to the tracks that we were unaware of. The repairs would have been less expensive if the garage door problem had happened on a weekday, but these things happen when you least expect them. Overhead Garage Door was there when we needed them and they are very reliable."

The repairman arrived exactly on time. He adjusted one garage door opener that wasn't working. It only took about five minutes. So, we weren't charged for that.

He then replaced another garage door opener. He didn't have one in his truck, so he came back later to do the work. We weren't home at that time. He took all of the required information and did the work while we were gone. He was very accommodating and helpful.

Their prices were significantly lower than another company that I have used for years.

I thought I would need a new garage door opener, he explained that all I needed was a repair, which was considerably less expensive. The repairman was very polite, and professional. Overall the entire process was an A++++++++.

There was a little glitch on the installation of my door by their guy named Kyle. When he came I asked where the pad was for inside my house he said this job did not come with a pad. I told him a garage opener I had came with a pad for the inside and he told me if I wanted one it was $50 more. I said I had just paid $490 and I understand I paid a little more because I wanted it done the next day, which was a Saturday. They treated it like an emergency and because I had ordered it and wanted it done in such a short time. I called somebody up and told them I was not satisfied and wanted a pad inside the door. I spoke with Kyle at Xpress Door today and he said they had got it straightened out and that they had put the pad for inside the house in the mail today and it should be here sometime next week. It wasn't a big issue, and nobody was mad or anything, but we had to go back and forth until we got it straight. I did not do any real research on garage door openers when I got this one. Their price was not too outlandish. Their responsiveness was quick and very good.
