It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. Once you are provided a quote, that is what you pay (unless you add on and then that pricing is provided and stuck to as well.) The team is courteous & incredibly neat. If any subcontracting is required, they handle it start to finish and those teams are meticulous as well. Response time to questions is low, almost immediate. I am extremely happy with the results. I have had this company completely remodel my kitchen (to include wall removal, new cabinets, new countertops, new flooring) and extend my roofline, put on new shingles and new siding.
