"Mike and Joe are definitely a great team. They were very attentive to every detail and the end result is beautiful. Initially they said the job would take 3 days and they got it done in just over 2 days. They were always punctual and respectful and had amazing ideas when it came to the floor. There is definitely a level of skill that is unmatched and I would recommend Floor Essence and use them for any future flooring jobs"

"Mr. Doug of Perrell Flooring Installation performed the work. What I valued most is the fact I was able to get an estimate with in a day of calling, he showed up on time to start work and was able to start right away and complete the job in 2 days. When an unforeseen issue came up with one of the cut off valves he was able to handle."

"Cordial professionals provided painstakingly expert removal of original lino & upper subflooring from our 30-year-old kitchen. Then great cleanup of that demolition. Then, terrific, conscientious work in laying oak hardwood flooring with stellar results. Highly recommend. A+++++"
