"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. "We are a first name basis with Jason and if we see him in the area, we wave to him. They have basically rebuilt this unit. They have extended the warranty on the unit another 5 years because of the rebuilding. When they had to order a part, they brought out window units we could use until the part came in and was installed. They wanted to replace the unit as much as we did but were not authorized. We now have a service contract with them at a reasonable fee. They are very dependable."
