They scheduled the work, then called a week ahead of that to come and get it done. They arrived an hour after the appointment, but were watching the radar to make sure there would be no rain. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"Tom was very responsive and a conscientious contractor. He came out to the house within a couple of days to make an estimate. He was exactly on time. He climbed up a ladder to examine issues he would encounter while making the estimate, and he was knowledgeable on gutters. He made another appointment for us to select colors and then arrived with array of colors from which to choose. It was 3-4 weeks before he got to doing the job, but he had said they would continue on with doing gutters up until the end of the year. It took a couple of days (cold ones at that) and I was not here when work was performed, but they did clean everything up in the end. The price was in the middle of the bids that we received. All in all they did a good job and they would get my recommendation.
