Brian came in and went over everything in detail with me for what was needed starting with all of the carpet, and then the tile in my kitchen/ bathrooms. They were so filthy I didn't think it could be salvaged but Brian spent a good amount of time cleaning the carpets and tile and literally made everything look brand new again. The person who did the work was prompt, friendly, courteous and thorough. He explained how the neutralizing rinse worked. He sprayed dirt lifters on spots first then cleaned the carpets. After that he went over the carpets with the neutralizing rinse. Finally he brushed them to get the nap up. He spoke knowledgeably and enthusiastically about his products and their performance and the price was fair."
