We told him that we wanted the old fence removed at some point, and he hopped in the bobcat and removed the whole thing. Then we mentioned that the tree stump was annoying next to the driveway, and he removed that. -He was ready to redo some of the concrete work he had already laid after we noticed some water pooling. He suggested an alternative solution that worked even better to solve the issue. -He realized that the bobcat wouldn't fit through our lower garage, so he rented a jackhammer to break up the old concrete in the garage instead. -He was extremely responsive through calls/texts throughout the job on issues uncovered or scheduling concerns with weather."

Openings in the foundation were sealed or covered, the floor was swept clean and the crawlspace walls sprayed with insulating foam. 2-day job in tough conditions and with limited city parking, professionally and efficiently executed, indeed resulting in a perfect crawlspace. "Things were okay.  They were here probably spring of last year April first.  It was like 90 bucks maybe.  I think their price is reasonable compared to others.  The workers were okay.  I think if they would have sent the same person back I think that would have been better because the second person came and almost seemed like that person was not quite aware about what the situation was, either that or they forgot to relay to the second person what the problem was exactly. "

"We hired MasterCat because I have been having more and more problems with allergies, and a mold inspection found two kinds of mold that I'm allergic to. We also have five pets, I build furniture, and we have been remodeling our house, so I knew that the house was full of dust, dirt, and pet hair in addition to the mold.
Donny came out and checked out the house, using my mold inspection as a starting point. While in the basement he saw a spot on the ceiling that he thought might be mold and took an additional sample to make sure he knew about all of our issues. Then he gave me a proposal for cleaning the house, which included removing the mold, cleaning the ducts, resealing the grout in our shower, and cleaning all of the surfaces in the house where mold might grow. I was a bit skeptical when he told me that this would include all of my tools and the wood in my shop, but I shouldn't have been. They did an amazing job! The house is so clean that, if I didn't know better, I would think they threw out everything and bought new things to replace the old. They followed up with advice on how to keep mold out of our showers.
The remediation took three days, and I had to board our pets and a hotel for my husband and me, which took a lot of coordination, so I was worried when I found out that their crew's truck had broken down on the way to our house the first day. I assumed that they were going to have to reschedule, which would have cost me a lot of money. But instead they pulled a crew away from another job and they started the same morning. When that crew started, they realized that it was going to be a bigger job than they estimated, so they brought in additional people to help out and finished on schedule.
All in all, an excellent job from real professionals, and I'm very glad I chose them to do this work.
