"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. This way we have a whole new door that will last us another 25 years, hopefully. I can't say enough about Frank. He was quick and proficient. He did an amazing job on the opener. We can't recommend him enough. Our neighbor came over and asked Frank go to his house to take a look at his door and now our neighbor will be getting a new door as well. Frank is a down-to-earth kind of guy. Very friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and respectfully shook our hands. We're very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to just have a repair done or a new door. He's your man."

"I called them around 10:30 a.m. on a snowy Friday...our garage door had broken early that morning.  The appointment was made for 1:00 p.m. that same day.  The serviceman was right on time...exactly 1:00 p.m., which was most appreciated since I had to run home from work to let him in the garage.   He ascertained the problem within minutes, gave me the cost, and completed the necessary repair within 30 minutes.  I know because I checked the clock when he left and it was 1:33 p.m.  He was prompt, friendly and completed the necessary work.  He even remembered that he had serviced our door once before.

I thought I would need a new garage door opener, he explained that all I needed was a repair, which was considerably less expensive. The repairman was very polite, and professional. There was a little glitch on the installation of my door by their guy named Kyle. When he came I asked where the pad was for inside my house he said this job did not come with a pad. I told him a garage opener I had came with a pad for the inside and he told me if I wanted one it was $50 more. I said I had just paid $490 and I understand I paid a little more because I wanted it done the next day, which was a Saturday. They treated it like an emergency and because I had ordered it and wanted it done in such a short time. I called somebody up and told them I was not satisfied and wanted a pad inside the door. I spoke with Kyle at Xpress Door today and he said they had got it straightened out and that they had put the pad for inside the house in the mail today and it should be here sometime next week. It wasn't a big issue, and nobody was mad or anything, but we had to go back and forth until we got it straight. I did not do any real research on garage door openers when I got this one. Their price was not too outlandish. Their responsiveness was quick and very good.
