"We had been saving for months based on the other quotes we had gotten on our replacement windows. As we were ready to go forward with the project we decided to get a couple more quotes, one friend told us about The Window Guys and their experience so we decided to check them out! During the quote process, we dealt with Dan. We could tell right away Dan was experienced and knowledgeable, he was also very attentive to our needs and was able to get us the exact windows we were in the market for. "Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"Will Rossbach and Don Hruby of Rossbach Construction did an excellent quality job in planning and implementing the replacement of our twenty-year-old front entry door/sidelights with a new Pella entry door/sidelights. This job involved not only required installing the new Pella door/sidelights but also staining and painting trim pieces surrounding the door, all of which were matched perfectly to the existing trim. The installation of the new Pella door/sidelights is so perfect that it looks like it was installed during our home s original construction. Both Will and Don are very quality and detail oriented and highly professional. Moreover, the high degree of pride they take in their work is very readily apparent in both their detailed planning for our project and the EXCELLENT quality of their finished product. We are so pleased with Rossbach Construction s work on this project that we have already hired Rossbach for a second project on our home!"

"Stan responded on a Wednesday, after I had sent an e-mail through the company's Web site, and set up an appointment for that Friday.  He came on time and explained how he would recommend redoing the patio areas with VersaLock blocks and Willow Creek pavers.  He would do the landscaping but he said that is not his main business but would have Gerten's recommend plants and would replace the landscaping to our liking.  When we asked how long it would it be before he would be able to start our project he said 8-9 weeks .  Stan was easy to talk to, was eager to answer our questions, was honest with us that his company's main focus is on building paver patios, walls, etc., and had the quote to us the next business day.  Stan's quote does not include adding pillars and seat walls on the raised patio.  We decided to go with another company that can do the whole project sooner and their price includes pillars and seat walls on the raised patio for about the same price as was quoted by Stan."
