The whole process from start to finish was done nicely in steps to make the process smooth and easy for me as a home owner to plan around and I was informed during each completed process to be sure I was happy first before they continued. Northland’s online estimate tool was also a plus as I was able to build a close estimate to what I actually was quoted at the end! My project was completed in the winter which I was hesitant since I wasn’t sure how well or quickly they would complete my fence due to the possible cold/snow storms but they were able to get my fence up within a reasonable timeframe and it looks great!! Not to mention the awesome discount i got for completing my project in the winter!! My only negative is not doing it 5 years ago when I first purchased this home due to the fear of cost, time and stressful process since i live on a busy corner lot just to realize how easy it was with Northland and wasting away 5 years of my yard!!"

"The only problem I saw was the barb wire was not straight on a 30 foot section and the dirt around a few of the posts was not packed right. The price was pretty good and they did the job the next day after estimate. One of the workers was kind of rude to me after the job was done? all in all I may hire them again but will get more than 1 estimate next time"

Krech didn't flinch - they have the special tooling and skills necessary to fabricate and install it exactly as we had envisioned, at a reasonable price. "We had our deck tear down and build done by Outdoor Solutions Inc. late summer of 2022. The finished product turned out much better (appearance and quality of construction) than we could have imagined. Jim and Christi Funk, the proprietors, were very easy and friendly to work with. Jim was very informative in helping select the material and describing the process. He was great at describing the qualities of TREX materials and the type of railing that would be best. His crew, with Josh as the lead, was very thorough and conscientious in doing the work. They definitely wanted to do the job the right way. Bottom line, we have a very beautiful deck at a very reasonable price. People comment on how well it fits our house. For area of improvements’: project start date could be better planned and material delivery could be better coordinated. Outside of this, we are very happy with work done on our deck."

"We needed to increase the height of the railing on our stairwell for safety, so we had a custom iron rail made to go on top of the existing wood piece. The railing Loftus made is beautiful and exactly what we need. (Pic attached – we will be adding an additional wood top rail soon). Although we know the job was small for them and didn't expect to be in constant communication, I would say that the communication was a bit lacking. But – it did get made and installed! However, installers seemed to be hurried and caused a couple scratches in our existing wood top (which I had just refinished)."

"First Five years fence was warrantied and of course no problems. Now its seven years later and I have wobbly fence posts, the stringers are falling off, lots of split pickets, gates don't open correctly (you have to lift up on all 3 gates). Lip service from company but no action from them. Don't use this company with their low grade cedar and terrible installers! On a 6 foot fence they only used two stringers on 8' expanses. No way should fence literally be falling down after 7 years! Would give negative stars if I could..."
