"Sections of our chain link fence and 2 gates needed to be repaired. Due to settling 2 areas of our fence were leaning and 2 gates wouldn't close because the fence had shifted. We got 3 quotes for repairs. The first 2 companies both said they needed to replace the sections of top rail and posts, along with the gates, which was expensive. Dan said the fence could be adjusted without replacing everything. The project was done soon after he came out to look at it. Dan and his crew got the job done quickly.  A few things were fixed, replaced and the rest was adjusted so that it is straight and the gates latch again. We really appreciate Dan fixing the problems without adding on unnecessary costs and replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. We are very happy with the work and would use Top Line Fence again. "

"After years and years of doing my own invisible fence ,threw my 3 acre heavily wooded yard - the deer wood seem to inevitably bust the wire or the transformer would go out about every 4-5 years ....I finally decided to splurge I talked to Dave and he assured me if I had these breaks with there system they would come out and find and take care of it but there should be way fewer because of the heavy insulated wire -and they have different collars for stubern dogs -and also a large shock range on the transformer panel -so you can get a very customized system for your needs so I cut down on the area I was covering because of cost and installation issues in the woods and we struck a deal - I have now had my system for 4 years and it's great ,the wire is still holding up well ,never had an issue with the transformer . I was a little concerned about battery collars but I only have to change it about every 5 months so $20.00 a year for that ,actually easier than rechargeable collars every 20 days Great System ,super nice people - My yard was large ,so my cost was a little high ,but worth every penny seeing how well it has held up !"

"Very happy with owner, salesman, and work crew. They rescued me after another contractor started the fence, then walked off the job. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. They were very considerate of my indecisiveness by making suggestions that would fit my needs. They were very tolerant of, and pleasant to, my two obnoxious dogs. Since the fence has been in place, three different people have stopped to ask me who did the fence, because it looks so nice from the street."

"Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience.  We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors.  Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there.  She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional.  Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got.  Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient.  The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done.  We couldn't be happier with it.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."

"As can be expected from Cady, consistently high-quality work on multiple types of repairs. I called at 7 a.m. with concern of a leaking kitchen drainpipe (and tacked on two smaller, lower-priority problems) and got a return call from the owner (Paul) within an hour, assuring I could get service that day and a return call from the technician (Tom L) soon. That I did, and Tom arrived by 1:45, 15 minutes sooner than his earlier estimate. We discussed the problems and he examined the three areas (under-sink kitchen plumbing, bathroom wall tile, and bathroom sink). He removed the source of the kitchen leak (bad seal and cracked pipe elbow), fixed the slow-draining bathroom sink straightaway, and asked whether I wanted a quicker, cheaper glue fix or a more permanent grout repair for the ceramic tile. I opted for the latter, and Tom left for plumbing parts and grout. He got everything done within 2.5 hr, including the trip to the local hardware store. The repairs went as they should, and the tile repair is clean and professional-looking. I like Cady Handyman for their versatility, good work, and ability to respond within 36 hours to most problems. The only minor complaint I have is the tech failed to include the trip charge on the invoice, which prompted a call from him and our having to write a second check. However, he was very apologetic and volunteered to get the payment at a time and place convenient to us."

I'm writing this favorable review specifically to address the character and integrity of Hoffman Weber and specifically its president, Hoffman, and one of its sales agents, Jason Iwig. An honest mistake concerning the cost of particular material resulted in an erroneous estimate. A supplier hadn't been clear in identifying the material as a specialty item with significantly greater cost. This resulted in a brief delay in communication concerning the start of the project, as Hoffman Weber was attempting to resolve the dilemma behind the scenes -- and yes I became bervous and irate. Even though the firm would have made little or no profit, and quite possibly would have lost money on the deal, they made assurances that the project would be completed to my satisfaction. However, we wanted the siding in preparation for listing our home, and we simply could not proceed even a few days with any uncertainty, as time was of the essence. Hoffman Weber had several ways to handle this unique situation. Much to their credit, they chose to leave it up to us as to how it would be handled, repeatedly expressing their concern for our best interests and satisfaction. We live in a world of self-interested opportunists, and I've become cynical after several bad experiences with fly-by-night contractors over the years. I'm compelled to write this review because Hoffman Weber and Jason Iwig blew me away. They are as solid and professional as they come. They are people who care about their reputations in the community in which they work and live. I will recommend them to friends and family going forward and we look forward to having a chance to do business with them again. Thanks."

We discussed the additional cost prior to his proceeding. Dennis and his crew were very friendly, professional and clean.
