Cory took the time to understand my style and what I was looking for and drew up my dream cabinets. He has super cool 3D software that allows you to see your cabinets in your space in 3D which made it super easy to tweak some things on the drawings before production. Our cabinet installer and painter told me that our cabinets were some of the best quality cabinets they have ever worked with. The quality is definitely levels above builder grade. During our home building process, we decided we wanted our basement bar to be bar height instead of counter height. Cory was able to make a cabinet add on (and have it look like it wasn't an after thought) and have it shipped within 48 hours - something we thought would have taken at least a week. Steve listened to her plan, made some observations and recommendations. The final kitchen is both efficiently functional and beautiful. The design is a mix of panel styles, paint and pulls with both quartz and quartzite countertops. Even after a month of completion, she stills is in the "Pinch me, is this really mine?" mode. Steve's team of cabinet makers, painters and trim carpenters give new meaning to the words precision and beauty. A close friend of ours has built homes for a living. "To help us meet our budgetary goals on this project, he worked with us on a custom design with IKEA cabinets and several of our own purchased appliances. He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He did electrical work and finish carpentry. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. He showed a strong aesthetic eye for the finish, providing important suggestions, and volunteering extra touches that made the kitchen look cohesive.
