Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Maple Rapids, MI

"We got a free estimate on Monday from Joseph and Hayden (Roofing Inspector and Sales Reps) and our roof was replaced that same Friday—can’t ask for better service! They explained the roof’s condition, how Victors stands out (materials and attic ventilation), and that they offer a free annual assessment after completion. Supplies and a dumpster arrived Thursday. On install day, they protected our property. Darryl, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. Sergio and his crew started around 6 am and finished before 6 pm, replacing all shingles and redecking about half of our 1409+ sq ft roof in one day. Afterward, Shelbi (production admin) quickly responded to our request for more photos. We’re so thankful for our new roof with a 25-year leak-free guarantee!"

"Easy to recommend them as they tore my old roof off, laid down all new OSB, and replaced my shingles while I was out of town and the finished product looks this good. I am glad I listened to the color suggestion that Randy gave me. The charcoal color really makes the brick on my home pop. Thanks Avalon."

"Last year, Montell replaced the roof on my house. They were so great that I had them install a new roof and insulation on my new house. They have all been so wonderful to work with. The office manager (Amy) , the owners (George and Chad), and the production manager (Brent) all took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I was kept updated on the job progress. The installation crew was quick and did a great job with cleanup. You could tell that everyone takes pride in their work.
I honestly can say that I have been so happy with the relationship that we have formed and will always call Montell for any projects that may come up. They have a customer for life.

"Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. If you are looking for a company that is honest, efficient, and genuinely cares a"

"Love my new shingles! Our new roof looks gorgeous. Thanks so much for all the hard work. You guys really go the extra mile!"

"How polite and knowledgeable they were in the entire time I was working with them. Both before, during, and after installation."

"It went great! They did a great job on my roof and had great customer service. Would definitely hire again!"

"We were pleased with the work done, although we are still waiting for an estimate to clean the roof where moss has grown on the shingles."

"When you have a roof as obviously degrading as mine, you get SO MANY @#$%ing roofing offers. These guys were not only one of the most affordable (the only cheaper options were SUPER sketchy) but they told me up front everything that NEEDED to be replaced, everything that COULD be replaced, and everything that I DIDN'T need replaced that someone else might try to get me to pay for a replacement anyways. Super honest and nice guys and amazing work. They finished they entire roof in 1 day, which blew my mind, and the roof is by far the best looking roof on the block still 8 years later. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an affordable, quality roof without worrying about getting ripped off."
