"The deck is transformed now with Behr Deckover paint and all weather lattice trim. He framed out the lattice with pressure treated lumbers so its tight and securely attached. Adding the lattice/trim was alot of work. Jerry also built a planting bed in front of the refurbished deck w 6x6 timbers and filled it with 8 bags of soil. The plant bed was added on mid way through the job, and Jerry accommodated me with that additional work. He also fixed the frame of the planting bed on the short side of the deck and added some trim above the latticework. Jerry power washed the deck the year before so the surface was ready to paint, that's not included in this cost. This job took 3 full days 8-9 hours/day. The cost shown here is labor only; paint, lattice, & wood was extra which you can estimate upfront."

The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly.
