He suggested that I try those and if they don't work to call him back and he would come out and help me to get rid of the critters. I was very pleased that Mark would suggest some things I could do and tell me that "He did not want to take my money if I did not need to spend it". If the problem persists I will certainly call Western Exterminator back and hire them to eradicate the critters.
